With a focus on powerlifting and weightlifting, we are a strength training community noted for being LGBTQIA+, and Neurodivergent friendly.

We have also developed a Youth Academy for those between 11 and 18 who want to get stronger.

Whether you’re a complete beginner to strength training, or a seasoned pro looking for coaching, every one of our options can be tailored to you as an individual.
